Payment Model

Choose monthly or annual billing. Annual plans save you ~18%. Payment is collected in advance at the start of each cycle; auto-renewal is active by default.

Cancel Any Time

No minimum commitment. For monthly plans, cancel before your next billing cycle. For annual plans, your current period runs to completion — no penalties or early-exit fees.

Hardware (BYOD)

Posanto runs on your existing Android 10+ or iOS 14+ devices. For external hardware such as printers, customer displays, or KDS, request our certified model list from the team.

Data Portability

Export customers, orders, stock, and reports as CSV/Excel at any time. Your data belongs to you — no lock-in, no dependency.

VAT & Invoicing

All listed prices exclude VAT. An e-invoice is automatically generated when your subscription starts and sent to your registered email address.

Setup & Support

Setup, data migration, and staff training are free on all plans. Ongoing technical support and product updates are included in your subscription.
